What cleaning products do you use?
We use hospital-grade disinfectants which are TGA-approved (Therapeutic Goods Administration) as well as eco-friendly (biodegradable) disinfectants depending on the surface and area. We also follow strict colour-coding procedures for our wipes and mops to prevent cross-contamination.
How frequently should our areas be serviced?
We work with you to structure a custom cleaning frequency that suits you and your cleaning requirements, whether this is daily, three times a week, weekly, we have you covered.
How do we communicate with cleaning staff if we have points?
You can call us anytime! If you happen to have feedback with images, then we recommend a direct email. We monitor all our communication means 24/7 making us very responsive to any issues or concerns you may have. We always discuss and sort out communication channels with our new clients as we understand how important this is.
How do you ensure safety and confidentiality?
Orion Specialist Cleaning is fully insured. All staff members have been cleared for employment with an up-to-date NPC (National Police Check), character checks and have experience within this field. Staff are continually trained, and toolboxes are conducted to maintain safety, professionalism and confidentiality always. We strictly follow all client site rules.
