What is included in medical centre cleaning?
We work with you to formulate a thorough Cleaning Schedule for your Medical Centre. Generally, this will include disinfecting surfaces within treatment rooms, wipe down within waiting areas, offices, reception areas, glass, sanitising of bathrooms, vacuum/mop floor areas and waste management.
Can cleaning be planned outside clinic hours?
Yes, we provide flexible scheduling to avoid any disturbances to patient care. This also allows for staff and patients to enter a clean and safe Medical Centre every single day. We care about our clients, just like you care about your patients.
Do you meet medical cleaning requirements?
Absolutely, we use hospital-grade disinfectants which are TGA-approved (Therapeutic Goods Administration) as well as eco-friendly disinfectants depending on the surface and area. We also follow strict colour-coding procedures for our wipes and mops to prevent cross-contamination around the Medical Centre.
How do you ensure safety and confidentiality?
Orion Specialist Cleaning is fully insured. All staff members have been cleared for employment with an up-to-date NPC (National Police Check), character checks and have experience within this field. Staff are continually trained, and toolboxes are conducted to maintain safety, professionalism and confidentiality always. We strictly follow all client site rules.

If you require assistance with the procurement of bathroom supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, bin liners etc then yes, we can seamlessly provide these products at a competitive price as we have partnered with local cleaning suppliers.
